JEK INGENIERIE & ENVIRONNEMENT was selected as the project manager by the City of Livry Gargan for an extension project of the Benoit Malon school group, which also included the expansion of its cafeteria. This project, with a value of 3 million euros excluding tax, was completed in 2019.
Our general engineering company took on various tasks to successfully carry out this project. As the project manager, we ensured the coordination and supervision of all the works, ensuring they were carried out to the highest standards. Our expertise in overall project management, including all trades (Tous Corps d’État), roadworks and various networks (VRD), project economics, High Environmental Quality (HQE), as well as Scheduling, Supervision, and Coordination (OPC), allowed us to effectively manage all the components of this complex project.
