JEK INGENIERIE & ENVIRONNEMENT was chosen by the CDC Group as the project manager for the redevelopment works of the Lille site of the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate. This project, worth €0.5 million excluding taxes, was completed in 2022.

As the project manager, our mission included the management of all trades (TCE), road works, various networks (VRD), project management, High Environmental Quality (HQE), as well as scheduling, supervision, and coordination (OPC).

We worked closely with the CDC Group to ensure the full coordination and supervision of the redevelopment project of the Lille site of the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate. Our team of experts ensured that the works were carried out to the highest quality standards, taking into account the specific needs of the site.
