JEK INGENIERIE & ENVIRONNEMENT is currently participating in the competition launched by the City of Montereau Fault Yonne for the rehabilitation of the former Bernier factory and its transformation into an exhibition hall/third place. This project, with a budget of 3.2 million euros excluding taxes, will be carried out after the competition award scheduled for 2023.

As the contractor, our mission will include the overall technical management of the project, including construction, roadworks and various networks, project management, environmental quality, as well as scheduling, management, and coordination.

We will work closely with the City of Montereau Fault Yonne to coordinate and supervise the rehabilitation of the former Bernier factory and its transformation into an exhibition hall/third place. Our team of experts will ensure that the work is carried out to the highest quality standards, taking into account the specificities of the building concerned.
