JEK INGENIERIE & ENVIRONNEMENT successfully completed a project in 2018 for the construction of modular buildings for educational and extracurricular use, as well as a communal catering facility, for the City of Morangis, with a value of 16 million euros excluding taxes. As the lead contractor, our company was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire project. We provided comprehensive project management services, including technical coordination, road and utility works, project economics, High Environmental Quality (HQE), and overall project coordination (OPC).

Our multidisciplinary team worked closely with the City of Morangis to deliver an environmentally-friendly project. We incorporated a High Environmental Quality (HQE) approach by implementing appropriate insulation, lighting, and waste management measures.
